Serafina and the Twisted Staff Book Trailer Premiere Event

It isn’t uncommon for clients to come to us with the request to create a magical event. When Brucemont Communications contacted us though, they meant it literally. They tasked us with creating a fantastical evening for fans of the Serafina book series focused on the book trailer for Serafina and the Twisted Staff.

Though we had only a month to produce the event, I don’t think we could have been any happier with the results. Upon arrival, guests entered the gardens on a red carpet with a Serafina and the Twisted Staff backdrop, setting the tone for what they were about to experience next. From live wolves and falcons to magicians, jugglers, costumed characters and face painters, there was a fun surprise waiting around every corner of the garden. Local food vendors from Asheville, including The Hop Ice Cream and Blunt Pretzels, handed out complimentary treats to the guests. We loved the Twisted Staff pretzels!

The evening culminated in an outdoor screening of the trailer for Serafina and the Twisted Staff, with a special Q&A with the author, Robert Beatty.

Positive feedback is the most rewarding gift we can receive as event planners, and we were awash in it that night. Everywhere we went we overheard parents and kids talking about how much fun they had. This evening of magic was not one we will soon forget.
