James + Catherine’s Colorful Highlands Wedding

Catherine and James’ wedding was a wonderful, love-filled weekend teeming with activities for their guests, beautiful colors and southern charm. Their vision and style for their wedding was mountain elegance – sophisticated with a nod to nature.

They chose to get married at The Farm at Old Edwards Inn, a beautiful venue nestled in the mountains, in Highlands, North Carolina, a romantic and outdoorsy mountain town, popular for many in Atlanta, Georgia. Their colors were coral, bright pink, and tangerine orange with lilac accents. The florist, Blossoms at Biltmore Park, created a floral cross that acted as the ceremony backdrop and the vibrant colors and patterns weaved throughout the day were captured by Jarrad Lister Photography. Their signature drinks were Moscow Mules and they had their favorite Atlanta party band, Yacht Rock Review, keeping everyone on the floor dancing the night away.
